Carpit Messenger was founded in May 1966 by Carl Pitura. Hence the name CAR (l) PIT (ura). The company is a sole proprietary of Carl.Carpit Messenger offers a full line SAME DAY courier service for Winnipeg, Manitoba and surrounding area.In 1998 Carpit acquired VIP Messenger to enhance operations.We have a wide and varied number of customers. The original customer the Winnipeg Real Estate Board is still a major customer today after over 34 years, along came the Winnipeg Real Estate News which started publication in January of 1981. The increased work loads offered by customers have been met with pride and satisfaction. These two customers alone accounted for several thousand deliveries per month. As Carpit grew our deliveries included a wide and varied commodity from an envelope to a five ton truck load of merchandise. We service all customers big companies to small, including one time call ups or cash calls and treat all customers equally. Offered for service are cars, vans (one ton cube, 1/2-3/4 ton full size & mini), trucks (1/4 to 5 ton).
