Pacific Group Developments is a full service property development company, based in Victoria, BC. We operate two main divisions, property development including residential and commercial construction and renovations which have formed the basis of the company since its inception and an excavation division including servicing, drainage, sewer, storm, water works installations, environmental remediations, oil tank removals, site clearing, building excavations and complete demolitions. From there we have expanded into landscape supply and concrete forms, lock bar/waler bar rentals and concrete accessories.
