poor customer service
I booked a plumber for the following day. They said he'd be there in the morning.
I phone at 11:40am because no one showed up. They said he was delayed in his earlier job and would be there shortly. I waited until 1:30 and then cancelled the call.
No one at Miles Plumbing took the trouble to call me at any point to tell me about any delay. They just do not respect their clients.
