I have had my car serviced at this Victoria branch of Metro Lexus Toyota for about seven years now. This week I bought a new car from them. At all times I have found their staff service to be couteous and helpful. (Maybe once I've had someone on a Monday morning!) Certainly no remembered bad experiences. The sale concluded this week was handled in a professional and friendly manner.

I have recently had the worst car buying experience in my 52 year life. The salesman attempted to cajole,deceive,bully and intimidate my wife and myself. The only tactic not used was waterboarding. I don't believe this to be an isolated incident as my subsequent dealings with the business manager weren't much better. Avoid this dealership at all cost.

Coming to Metro from another Pattison group dealer we were treated by our service intake guy like we had the vehicle serviced on Mars. In a berating manner he said the old dealer had no maintenance record of us, though we had kept everything up. (Later we found the old dealer had the wrong spouse's name on our vehicle's file -- it was all there.) Attitude means a lot. Same guy owns both dealerships and service guy should be able to figure the system they share. (Mind you, I admit to having apprensions about going there since the same service desk refused two paper floor mats my sister-in-laws asked for after the first servicing of a new Toyota she bought from the Metro showroom after she was widowed.)

This dealership has the worst customer service ever. Toyota is a great brand but this dealership is awful. If you are planning on buying a new Toyota I would highly advise you to make the trip up island to the next closest one and avoid this one at all costs.
