Paul started working with Ellis as the water boy and gopher after Ellis had cleaned his mother's carpet. During the three years Paul worked at Baron, he learnt the in's and out's of the business. Ellis purchased one of the first truck mounted steam cleaning machines in Victoria. In 1998, Paul purchased the company from Ellis and has been going strong ever since.
