Vernon Immigrant Services has 3 different levels and 3 different schedules of English classes that are free for Permanent Residents and naturalized Canadian Citizens. Childminding is available for parents attending class.Not a resident? We are collecting names to start an additional class.Learn to communicate effectively, understand more, get help with your job search, make friends and much more!Vernon and District Immigrant Services has been assisting clients and the Community since 1989 with Settlement Issues, Employment Services and English Language Classes. Our Services are available in English, French, Spanish, Bisaya, Tagalog and German. We are a Non-Profit Society serving Immigrants and Newcomers, Visible Minorities, First Generation Canadians and their families.
