Urban Tails Resort Boarding For Cats Inc

I would like to add my recommendation to the growing list for Urban Tails. Our cat, Popcorn, has been going to Urban Tails for the last 3 years. She is 20 years old and so needs some special care and attention. The staff are fabulous with her. The are very professional but also loving and caring for our cat. I would recommend Urban Tails to anyone.

We couldn't do without Urban Tails. Seriously. Jen has established a wonderful, caring, professional service that we trust in absolutely. We know that our cats Harry and Milo are always in good hands when we have to go away.

I highly recommend Urban Tails. The staff are well trained and very knowledgeable about cats. My cat, Hershey, is 9 years old and very anxious, especially around strangers. However, compared to other boarders, the staff at Urban Tails took extremely good care of him and made him feel comfortable. I can tell from Hershey's behaviour that he had a good experience and even enjoyed himself. The cat suites are great -- lots of space and many different levels for kitty to climb to. There are lots of toys and each cat gets individual attention on a daily basis. When I take Hershey to Urban Tails, I can leave town confident that Hershey is in good hands. Urban Tails is just great!

For any cat owner who travels, who is renovating their home, or moving - Urban Tails is the place to take your cat(s). I have moved, renovated and travel for a living and I always know Urban Tails will be there for me. My 2 dear cats were born feral, and anyone knows cats born in the wild need special care. The staff at Urban Tails are exceptional in caring for my cats, and they give genuine TLC. The condo setting at Urban Tails is excellent for boarding cats without the feeling of a boarding kennel. The staff comply with feeding instructions, and treat my cats as their own when I am away.

I've been using Urban Tails for many years and I could not be happier with the service. The cats are always content and happy when we arrive home and the emailed photos are a nice touch. I have the utmost trust and confidence that they are well cared for while we are away.

As a newcomer to Vancouver, it was a daunting task to find top caliber pet care for my 'senior' cats when I began traveling for work. Jen and her team of professional cat sitter's are nothing short of remarkable. They are kind, professional, and patient (with cat parents too). They make travelling so much easier as I don't have to worry about my cat and if he is "okay". I know he is okay and in very good hands. I highly recommend Urban Tails.
