Gigi Salon & Spa

I have never been treated so poorly and had a worse dye job than at Gigi's. I bought a groupon with them and it was horrible from the first moment. First, they made me wait 45 minutes for my appointment. Then there was no deep conditioner or head massage. I had highlights done and I am 100% disappointed. Instead of selecting strands of hair, she dyed blankets of them. The bleach starts about 1/2 cm away from my scalp and the strands are blotchy and spotted all the way down the hair. The colour is fine but the technique was the worst I've ever seen. I called the next morning to ask her touch up the routes and she yelled at me, told me it was my hair's fault, said she will not let me come back in and then hung up on me. I called her back and she wouldn't answer. The WORST HAIR EXPERIENCE EVER. DON'T waste your time or your even the groupon dollars - just not worth it.
