YYoga Downtown Flow

YYoga was founded by Terry McBride and Lara Kozan in 2007 with the vision of offering a guest focused approach while providing a wide variety of yoga lineages in an 'all are welcome' environment. At the center of this environment would be an abundance of classes offered by the industry's best teachers. These classes would be surrounded by spa-like amenities and services such as wellness, showers, saunas and lounges; all working to create an amazing experience, local community and healthy lifestyle. In only three years, this vision has turned into seven YYoga centers throughout Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond and Whistler!
