Aquarius Medical Clinic

I have been taking my daughter to this clinic for 5 years now and every time I'm leaving furious. Unfortunately I like one of the doctors working there so I have done my best to to hide my anger and frustration but it's enough now. I think the have a high turnover of staff because I see new faces every time. It will probably take you about 2 hours to get through on the phone. Don't bather leaving a voice mail because no one will listen to it. Last time i tried they didn't listen to it for 4 days. I hope labs have another phone line to call when they call about urgent results otherwise the patient will probably end up in severe problem before they are notified. Also, the staff are so knowledgeable that it's an embarrassment to the profession. Finally the walk-in doctors working there will not help you (that however is probably the same everywhere and not unique to this clinic). Finally, they say that parking is free. It's not. When you bring the ticket they tell you to go shop in Urban Fare bellow and they will reimburse your parking. Like: Dr Vince Tong is good. Dislike: Everything else.

I wishI could recommend this but was disappointed. I arrived at 10am on a Sunday and centre was closed...no one arrived for 30mins. I gave up and lift.

Compared to the other clinics in the area, this one is a pleasure to visit. You get to see a doctor much faster and the doctors seem to be very good and experienced.
