Metropolitan Building Maintenance Ltd is a commercial janitorial cleaning company that also performs carpet cleaning, window washing and floor stripping, scrubbing and waxing. Metropolitan strives to produce the best quality service at a fair price for businesses in Surrey. We have 10 employees and 19 Subcontractors. Out of the 10 employees only 3 are Heavy Duty Janitors, of the 19 Subcontractors they are all Janitors. Metropolitan Building Maintenance wants to prove to our customers that we're not only interested in providing a service but also educating the customer so that they understand what we are doing, how it is different from other companies, and how to make the best decision about the kind of cleaning they should have. We have friendly office staff that is ready and willing to answer any questions and direct customers in the right direction.
