Mahek Restaurant & Lounge

I really like this place, unfortunately it's pretty far from home so we don't go as often as I would like. Everything about Mahek is quality, clean, and very enjoyable. Their butter chicken is top notch! Their naan bread is the perfect mix of crispy and chewy, and compliments their dishes very well. I try to go there once every few months. If you try it, so will you!

Terrific prices, excellent food and service, and the decor, including serving dishes, are beautiful. We had family from out of town and we were very pleased.

Very poor service, and bad food, tasted terrible, felt embarrassed when my client also commented on the poor quality of food, food was not exchanged and no refunds offered, bad service from waitress, and manager- I will NEVER go there, just rubbish food and service.

Have eaten there at lunch and it was okay. Went for dinner and it was terrible. Loud disco type music was being played, we asked to have it changed and turned down, ordered an appetizer of lamb shish kebobs from the drink menus ..it was ground lamb with an excessive amount of salt..for $16. Not an appetizer meant for 2 people..and that should have been mentioned. Menu didn't specify price. Ordered naan bread with meal and only 1 piece for each of us came. A young waiter asked how everything was ..when we mentioned the naan bread he said he'd speak with the manager who didn't come over to to speak with us. We had already talked to him about the music as well as terrible lighting at the first table from which we had to move. Apparently he wasn't interested with our complaint.
