Decent. The machines are almost always in good working order. There is always an attendant on duty. Just about every time I go, a really friendly attendant (who I think might be the owner) runs to open the door for me as I come in with my hands full of laundry. The place is pretty clean. Be prepared to have to work around the attendants, since they use the machines too to do the drop-off service laundry. Try to go during the week if you can, because the place is BUSY on weekends.
