At first I was impressed with the quick quote and response from Rob. We talked on the phone and he knew I had a small time frame (i.e. vacation) to get some work done--and he was available since I contacted him well in advance. I agreed on the price and went out to purchase cabinets, but suddenly all communication stopped. I emailed twice for confirmation of date and time. I left a voice-mail (in case my email was in spam) but no response and my head-start in finding someone had dwindled away. I had to scramble and find someone else--a real inconvenience and a great disappointment after an initial great start. The simple courtesy of a response whether it is "job too small", "my schedule is full now", or just "can you try someone else" would have been appreciated but because of the poor business etiquette, I feel this review is valid information for other Vancouver Handyman shoppers.
