Staff at this particular location is not
knowledgeable at all !!! I asked for a
" Nutrogena" -Hand Cream and the lady
asked replied that ( quote) : " She had
never heard of such hand cream". Worth
mentioning is the fact that I bought the
cream in question two weeks ago at the
very same location ! This lady should
look for a different line of work as she
obviously is NOT interested in helping
customers to find the product they look
for. Shame on her !

Poor service....Staff seems to be angry and resentful of the customers. This particular store is dirty and and poorly stocked. Checkout is extremely rude and lacks sufficent staff so you have long lines. I would rather walk another block and shop at London Drugs. Postal service is a joke.
