We offer a public drop off area for private and smaller commercial vehicles while larger commercial and industrial equipment is directed to the landfill. A facility has been established on site by others to manufacture soil from wastewater treatment plant biosolids and this material is being used as a growing medium for the development of woodlots on the closed portion of the landfill. These woodlots are intended to use all the leachate generated at the site for irrigation of the woodlots, moving to a zero discharge concept from the landfill.
