I have been going to this clinic for many years. The whole staff is caring, helpful and competent people. Dr. Peng is very knowledgeable, sensitive to her patients. I always have good experience here. The quality of the work is excellent, as is the speed. Very professional, yet also friendly and always willing to answer questions regarding a procedure, or even a simple cleaning. I can only recommend this dental clinic, and Dr. Peng.

Being parents of two toddlers, we found it was challenging to find a good dentist to do dental care on our young kids. After changing several dentists including a paediatric specialist (more expensive), we were quite frustrated. Through a friend's recommendation, we started with Dr. Peng several years ago. Since then, we do not need to worry about finding a better dentist for our kids anymore. Myself also benefited so much from Dr. Peng's extensive knowledge and excellent skills. She has changed my view on the toughness of tooth extraction and root cannel. No wonder our kids are not scared by her dental drills! Tom

I went in for a cleaning - During the exam she told me a filling needed to be replaced ( it wasnt bothering me at the time). I let her work on the filling - It has hurt ever since - a year later. I have since gone to a new dentist and they spent so much time on my initial cleaning, they said it looked like I hadnt had a cleaning in a more than 2 years. I had started developing gum disease becuase she didnt clean the inside surface of my teeth. The filling that DR Peng "replaced" was so badly done (she left a gap in it) that now I need a crown to fix the tooth and stop the pain. She was so concerned with selling me other services like invisalign and whitening that she did not pay attention to being a professional. DO NOT GO HERE. You will be sorry.

Dr Susan Peng is very gentle on all her patients.Her magic hand makes the needle pain free. I am not scared any dental work being done any more since I saw Dr Peng. Now I can do all my dental work without sedation.

We have been with Alderbridge Dental for two years and I really appreciate Dr Susan Peng's expertise and her great communication skills. One big difference between her practice and other dental places is Dr. Peng is a caring person with great skills; she listens and is easy to talk to and never pushy. We feel comfortable each time visiting the place.

I had been putting off my dental check-ups for so long that my gums and teeth started bothering me. Last year a friend of mine referred me to Dr. Peng. On my first visit I was very impressed by how kind and helpful everyone in her office was. I was extremely nervous and had been avoiding seeing dentist for more than two years. She was very patient and understanding. I had never seen a dentist spend so much time helping you understand what needed to be done and what could wait. At the end of the appointment, without causing me any discomfort or charging me, she smoothed out a sharp edge of my tooth which had been bothering me for quite a while. Her hygienist was great also. She explained things well and taught me how to take care of my gums and teeth. Since then trips to the dental office have never been so pleasant and fun. Though my entire family has to travel from Burnaby to see her, we wouldn’t go anywhere else. Dr. Peng is a gentle, kind dentist who really cares about her patients. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a great dentist.

Wow, great atmosphere, friendly people. The staff at Alderbridge absolutely took care of me. Honestly I've never been thrilled about going to the dentist and Alderbridge Dental has change that. Great Clinic

We were extremely lucky to have found Dr. Susan Peng six years ago, and since then to have her being our family dentist! She impressed me with her magic treatment skill and tremendous effort to benefit patient. At the time we came to see her for the first time, we had seen two other paediatric dental specialists for our two young children. The result was frustrating and we were worried. All problems remained from before were treated during the first two appointments with Dr. Peng. She handled everything with ease, and best of all, our children liked her very much! She did not tag herself as paediatric specialist, but she is way better than the previous two specialists we saw. She saved my several teeth, which was claimed to have to be extracted by three different dentists. Such effort, after seeing so many different dentists, was indeed beyond my expectation. I would highly evaluate her working ethics. During my years experience with Dr. Peng, I find her always put patients benefit as the top priority. It can be felt that providing the best treatment to benefit the long term oral health is most important matter for Dr. Peng. I believe that this is the key reason that she is able to maintain a great doctor-patient relationship. When she moved out of our village, we decided to follow her to her new office and keep enjoying her dental care for our family.

I am not one to frequent the dentist but my latest visit to Alderbridge Dental took the cake. Dr Peng, her hygenist and her dental assistant made this trip a good experience. She made me feel welcome and has a pleasant demeanor as does everyone in the office. She went the extra mile to make sure that all of my needs were satisfied without pressuring me.
