Health & Balance Counselling

This is your first step towards making a difference in your life. Health and Balance Counselling is about helping you put some wellness back into your overall health. We provide counselling for youth (12+), adults, couples or families, in a individual, group or workshop format. We also provide consultation and clinical supervision services.
