Spectacularly situated on the top floor of Grouse Mountain's Peak Chalet, The Observatory is the crown jewel of the resort's restaurant collection. The culinary team utilizes the finest regional produce, crafting dishes that showcase the best of BC while minimizing its environmental footprint. Local suppliers are used wherever possible so that our chefs can make use of the specialty micro-produced ingredients for which our province is famous.
