DO NOT BUY A PROM DRESS FROM LISA'S BRIDAL IF YOU WANT A ONE-OF-A-KIND...My daughter and I went searching for the perfect grad dress and thought we had found it at Lisa's Bridal Salon. Bought a dress and were assured that they record the name of the school and event date so a duplicate dress would not be sold to another girl. They took down all the information and re-assured us again of their policy. We made our purchase in August and the dress was held at the shop for alterations. We were very disappointed to walk in on grad night (a small class of only 33) and see another girl wearing the SAME DRESS!!! She told us that she had purchased the dress at Lisa's Bridal. So much for not duplicating dresses. I went in to the salon to clarify their policy on selling duplicate dresses and was told that they NEVER do this. When the girl at the front pulled up the school name to check she discovered that they had made a mistake and sold both dresses. I asked what they would be willing to do in the form of compensation for their mistake and was told that a manager would get back to me within a week. NO CALL. Upon returning to follow up, I was told that, although it was their mistake they "didn't do it on purpose" and it was not their problem. They didn't even have the courtesy to apologize. While I certainly didn't expect a refund or option to change dresses, as the event is long over, I was shocked that they would not have at least offered to refund me for the alterations or offer me a discount on another purchase. I realize that mistakes can be made and we made the best of the situation on grad night, but...if you are expecting good customer service DO NOT GO TO LISA'S BRIDAL SALON because you won't find it there.

I love this store!! Wonderful selection and lots of room for family and friends to sit while you try on your dresses. I high recommend this business to anyone looking for a wedding dress :)

Fabulous selection, a lot of beautiful gowns. The store looks small from the outside but it's huge on the inside!
