Primetime is the best for customer satisfaction!
Where do I go for computer parts and repairs....the place where I know I will get good information and good advice....primetime. They saved me alot of money on my previous system with very good recommendations that kept it going for an extra couple of years. When it came time to replace it I went to primetime and they built me a great system that is fast. I am enjoying some games that i couldn't play before. I have been in the retail business myself for many years and know that you can't make everyone happy but they seem to make the effort for me.

WORST SERVICE EVER!
As a follow up to my previous review, I wanted to let consumers know that I ended up having to file a complaint with the BBB about this company, and they refused to respond to the BBB's inquiries. Thus they have been blackmarked with the Better Business Bureau's worst rating. Why would you want to give your money to a company whose employee openly states that he does not care if his customer is satisfied or not? Let alone deal with the shady business practices that I experienced with Primetime. DO NOT let these people touch your computer.

Done!
When you depend on your computer for business or pleasure, call Primetime. Open early, competent and efficient they will find the answer to your problem. The technician who came to my home was extremely knowledgeable and fixed several issues on my computer.

Worst Customer Service Ever!
Consumer beware! I took my computer in to Prime Time to find out what was wrong with it, and specifically asked the clerk to call me with a diagnosis and estimate on what it would cost to fix. I opted for the priority service ($100/hr) and he assured me he would look at it right away and call me with the information. Two days later I got a call saying they had installed a new hard drive and operating system. When I went in to get it I found that they had installed a hard drive that was 4 times bigger and more expensive than the one I had, and a different OS than the one i'd been running (thereby deleting all my installed programs) - all without consulting me. When I asked the clerk why I had not been notified before hand of the problem as agreed, or even given a choice as to which hard drive and OS I would like to purchase before it was installed, his answer was (and i quote) "we service hundreds of computers here, I don't have time for that". Apparently my choices were to pay the almost $400 tab, or "i'll rip it out and you can have it back the way you brought it in". I proceeded to try and ask him some simple questions about service and warranty and parts, and was immediately interrupted with short, rude replies and an extremely arrogant attitude. I was basically flat-out told 'We don't need or value your business'. This has been an expensive lesson, but one thing is for sure - Prime Time will never get my business again, and I will go out of my way to relay my experience to others so they won't have to find out about this companys questionable way of doing business the hard way, like I did, or be subjected to the surly, dismissive attitude of it's employees.

Went to a Christmas party at a friends in Coquitlam and we got to talking about computers and a problem I was having with Outlook. My buddy from Coquitlam suggested that I take the laptop to Primetime and they could probably help. Yes they did! Problem solved. These guys know what they are doing.

Wow! What can I say except Primetime has the experience and knowledge. They fixed a computer problem for me and then took care of a cell phone issue. Now I am going to have them make a web page for me. Thanks Primetime!

This business is great because they care! I had a winbook that I foolishly kept all my pictures and documents on. I was using a flash drive to backup to once in a while, but obviously not enough lol. It wouldn't boot one day and I took it to primetime. After 2 days of recovery they got everything back and only charged me for 1 hour. These guys are GREAT!

Consumer recommeded! Called this establishment out of the phone book and was suprised to find them open at 8 am and ready to answer my questions. Anyways....the problem was that I couldn't get a web page to show me my financial information correctly. I had tried one of those geek companies and they couldn't fix the problem and said that my computer was full of spyware or something and then charged me $217. Didn't fix the problem. One of the tech's from primetime suggested that I bring the computer in so that it could be tested on their internet and it worked perfect. Once agian when I brought it home it didin't work right. I phoned telus who is my internet provider to fix the problem but they just said that my internet was fine and the speed test showed everything is OK. But no web page! The primetime tech got on the phone with Telus and explained what the problem was and it turned out to be a faulty modem. In the end it was primetimes knowledge and persistance that fixed the problem. I will be telling everyone I know to go there.

I don't recommend this business. They were to diagnosis my computer and get back to me. I only had it less than a couple weeks and it was purchased from them. Well waiting about a week, I find out they downloaded a free program from the internet, charged me $150.00 told me it was fix. Well nope, get it home and.... same problems still happening. I ended up calling the Toshiba computer people directly because I had it under warranty. They in turn called Primetime and directed them to fix it properly. (I believe they have a contract of some sort with them). Angry that I called Toshiba Warranty Centre, I then got a call from Primetime and....well.... that only subjected me to verbal abuse and yes "F" bombs. DON'T GO HERE!!! Unless you want to brush up on your vocabulary!!!

UPDATE - Feb 28, 2011: PRIMETIME DIGITAL REFUSES TO COOPERATE WITH THE BBB. The Better Business Bureau has received no response to their request for information from Primetime Digital, and has given this company their lowest rating of 'F'. Do you really want to trust your computer to people who hide from the BBB, and won't even own up to their sketchy business practices?
