The Sun is the source of all life on Earth. It ultimately provides all the daily energy to fuel the cycle of life that goes on around us. Without the Sun, life in this planet would cease to exist. Man evolved under the influence of the Sun. While our ancestors walked beneath its rays it influenced our general health. Its presence in summer and absence in winter determined our actions and indeed our very survival. We are the same animal today that developed under its life-giving rays and we must include sunlight in any plans we have for a healthy life.
