I went to pick up my rentals at the langley location. I arranged everything 2 weeks before grad and the lady told me that she will give me a call once my rentals are ready for pick up. For 2 weeks i didn't get a call so i went to pick it up since my grad day is on may 27. so i figure they should have it by 26th since i told the lady that i I'm going to pick it up before 27. When i got there they didn't have my full rentals, they were missing my vest so to compensate they grab off the sample rack and gave it to me for use. This bothered me since i order the vest 2 weeks ahead and now they are giving me the wrong size off the sample racks. Once i complained the lady gave me attitude and insisted that i settle for the vest since they don't have what i ordered in the store. but they told me i can pick up the small one the next day which is incredibly inconsiderate, unprofessional and inconvenient since the next day is when my grad is happening. I was really upset with the service and how i was treated. i don't recommend this to people who wants a perfect grad experience.
