Frusterating
Leitch and his dentist team have amazing knowledge and will go to any lengths to help you, well that is until you have to deal with his front desk staff. The front desk staff will tell you whatever it is that they think you want to hear even if its not true, and then they try to double charge you so you always have to go over every single bill and check in weekly to make sure they havent added more charges. If you have an unique issue Leitch is who you should see just dont deal with his staff.
