Urban Liquor Store in Kelowna is a joint venture between two local couples; Ed and Riki-Lynn Boettcher, and Dustin Noble and Rachelle Lien. What started as a friendship between neighbours who enjoy wine, quickly evolved to the common desire to take an active role in the liquor industry through ownership of our own Okanagan - based store.
