Fort Family Practice

FORT FAMILY PRACTICE is a group of six family physicians who provide full service medical care for all ages, from newborn to 99. Our philosophy is to work together as a cohesive health care team, including nurses, licensed practical nurses, and experienced medical office staff. Above all, we strive to provide continuity of care, from acute to more longstanding medical issues, and from office visits through to hospital care.
