Duncan Pets

I work with Cowichan Cat Rescue and we LOVE Duncan Pets! They take such good care of the animals and are very careful to make sure they get very good homes.

because they are local and they treat the animals like there own and they make you feel like your part of the family i will shop there :)

This store is a rip off. They treat their customers like crap, they talk down to you. They charge more than their signs say, and then sell you dead fish. When you bring the fish back 20 minutes later, they blame you and ban you from the store. They are highly unprofessional, and contradict each employees advice. I would highly recommend not using this store, as they sell dead fish and items at high prices, and don't care for the customers at all.

They take great care of their animals... They socialize them and they are kept in reasonable sized cages!
