heck your credit card statement!
We had the unpleasant task of putting on our Father's Memorial. We decided to use J &B as it was close to home. Our order was improperly charged on our credit card but neither party noticed. Some weeks later another amount was billed without notification and this seemed odd to us. When I challenged their billing they said they hadn't entered the proper amount initially. The lack of communication between this business and the card holder's was in my opinion very unprofessional.Think twice about using this rental company and check your invoice and credit card statements at least.
