Niemi Laporte and Dowle Appraisals Ltd. is managed by Douglas A. Niemi, CRA; Michael S. LaPorte, AACI, P.App. and Terry D. Dowle, AACI, P.App, RI(BC).Our appraisers have a wide range of real estate appraisal and consulting experience and have been actively appraising property in the local markets over the past 16 years. During this time, we have personally completed in excess of 60,000 appraisals for all of the chartered banks, credit unions, various trust companies, local mortgage brokers, and private lenders throughout the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley.
