I'm suspicious of a company with sooo many more recommendations than any other. Particularly as they were all done at the same time. I hope employees and family members aren't filling these out. I'll look into companies with fewer ratings, but that seem more legitimate.

Our hot water tank went on the July long weekend. We phoned many "emergency 24/7" plumbing companies for service: many of them had an answering machine answering us, others said that they had no technicians available because it was a long weekend. Talk about a 24/7 service! When we called Milani, a person answered us right away and told us that a technician could be at our place within 3 hours. The technician showed up on time, was friendly and knowledgeable. He told us it would take him a couple of hours, but actually completed the work before that. The technician explained to us how to maintain our new water tank and recommended other services, based on what he saw in our home, which were very welcome. The technician cleaned up and took our old tank away. Without a doubt we will use Milani again, and we highly recommend them to any homeowners that want effecient, friendly and reliable service! We have added Milani Plumbing to our list of trusted contractors and will definitely call them again for future plumbing issues. Milani helped us quickly resolve a major issue with one of the main sewage line exiting our home. Dave from Milani arrived less than a few hours after we called, snaked what he could to at least get us some flushing ability and then ran a camera up our pipes to show the blockage. As the camera showed us, our sewage line was an old fashioned terra-cotta style pipe that had broken and was now filled with dirt and roots. Dave was very professional, detailed, and quick to help us understand our options. Once we decided with our course of action Milani started at once and completed the job in a timely and professional fashion! They really do live up to their motto “Fast, Fair, Reliable!”

For the past 2 years, my sink wouldn't drain properly, so we stopped using it. About two weeks ago my shower head broke spewing water everywhere making a huge mess. And this past weekend, my toilet had all together stopped flushing. This was the final straw, it was time to make me call Milani. I called Milani at 8 am today and he was at my house within the hour and had everything repaired by 10am! I still can't believe it!! Amazing service, great team, and most importantly - a great price! I pretty much feel like I have a brand new master bathroom! Thanks Milani! Highly, highly recommended!
