Hendrickson Bagels

Ron Hendrickson uses his own unique recipes and method to create bagels that are chewy, yet light-textured, with a shiny crust. Hendrickson bagels contain no artificial preservatives and most are vegan. All 19 varieties of bagels and mini-bagels are naturally low fat, nut-free, dairy-free (except cheese bagels), and contain no eggs or animal fats (vegan). Multi-grain and Whole Grain are high in fibre. Ron and Pamela established their first bakery in Sherwood Park in 1997 (Bagelatté) and are also well-known vendors at Old Strathcona Farmers Market in Edmonton. They also make scrumptious all-natural cream cheese spreads. Their fresh products are available at their bakery Wednesday - Friday, at Old Strathcona Farmers Market 8 - 3 on Saturdays, at Blush Lane Organic store on the weekend and home delivery through The Organic Box.
