I just came from Rylies and had been there probably 5 - 6 times before. I had ordered the spicy 8 oz. burger from a waitress that forgot to take half of the tables orders! I was served a burnt piece of meat that maybe weighed in at 4 oz, probably less. The A&W Uncle burger dwarfed this bun with charcoal. All the burgers that we ordered were far too over done, I was the only one that sent it back, it was burnt so it was HARD in the outside, dry on the inside, like gyprock. I only got reimbursed for the burger and they still charged for the side salad, HUGELY DISAPPOINTING! I am embarrassed for this restaurant and will not consider going back, even if the meal was free. Terrible for a so called steakhouse.
