Kim and Tony are absolute professionals when it comes to the needs of your hands and feet! I have very painful and dry feet, but Kim and Tony are miracle workers and when I leave their salon, my feet always feel like a newborn's! If you are a fingerstyle guitarist like me and some times have problems with cracking or broken nails your problems are over. Kim can repair starting cracks and also totally broken nails. It only takes a few minutes and the prices are very low. He will gladly repair a single nail as well as all your nails, no problem at all. I like the natural feel of playing with my nails and by discovering Kim's services I no longer have to wait for a broken nail to grow out. So I am always ready to play - and so are Kim. This was my second time going, and it was awful. When I first arrived they didn’t greet me at all, a man walked up and told me go sit over there, no one even talked to me for 25 minutes. In this time their son that is about 2 was being a 2 year old and was extremely bored obviously and was causing some mischief instead of either them taking him away from the customers and dealing with the issue, the women there just started screaming at the top of her lungs at him this carried on for 45 minutes. When she did finally come and start doing my nails she did not greet me either just grabbed my hands and was being very ruff, needless to say I was very irritated by this point and did not utter a word. Has she proceeded in doing my nails she was using the mechanical nail sander and was damaging my skin around my nail I told her that it hurt and to please stop she told me it was fine and only hurt a little, has my finger started to bleed I became very angry and told her to just put the top coat on that I felt I was done. I was only getting a fill it didn’t need to be perfect. She finished the top coat and told me okay you go pay, I said they aren’t dry aren’t you going to put them under the light, she huffed and slammed a fan on (just one that they usually use for the fumes) and walked away. I turned the UV light on myself and dried my nails. This is the worst part she told me the outstanding balance, which I paid without a complaint (even though my nails looked awful and my fingers were bleeding) and when I handed the debt machine back to her she had the audacity to ask me why I did not TIP HER! I rolled my eyes and told her this was the worst experience I have ever encountered and I would never return, she began to yell things at my in another language and walk away.
