We had ordered a hot water tank and they came out the first time without a water tank to charge a service call fee. The only selection offered was 40 gal or 50 gal but no choice of brand. When they came the second day to install they were not happy when we asked why we were not allowed any brand selection. They then decided since we were not happy they would leave with no explanation. I was told to call mgt but they did not return the phone call. They were very busy and said they were only doing us a favor by putting in the tank (where the price was actually higher than a couple of places we call later). They always do a service call first so they can be paid whereas other places do not charge twice. Be wary of dealing with this company.
