Dissapointed with Overall Service
I used Nortec to fix my hot water tank. I received a bill in the mail and sent in a post dated cheque. They cashed the cheque prior to the date and caused my account to bounce PLUS they charged me a service fee and blamed me because I didn't highlight the date. The rep I spoke to was EXTREMLEY rude to me the whole time I spoke to her. In addition, my hot water tank isn't even fixed. It has been acting up since and is completley broken now. They offered to send someone back but I'm sure they will find a way to charge me for that too. I wouldn't let these people back in my house if THEY paid ME. If you're looking for friendly customer service and a job well done, go elsewhere.
