We had a leak in our outdoor faucet. I expected to get the standard 2hr window wait - but they sent someone over in 1/2 hr. The problem was smaller than they thought and so the service tech waived the service fee. All done in under 1/2hr. Junior the service tech was very professional and friendly. Thank you. Definitely recommend service to anyone.

Type of service: > Tackled a backed up washing machine drain clog and updated some bunk plumbing in the drain line. Also installed a kitchen faucet while they were at it. Time to service: > 2 hours for both the drain service and faucet installation Service Tech: > 'Junior'. He was hard working and efficient and a generally nice guy. Took the time to give me some plumbing tips and explained the why behind what he was doing. Pros: > Responsive! Called Nano on Dec 24th and they were able to provide service same day at no Emergency rates. > Professional. Respected my home, cleaned up as they worked, tested and checked everything thoroughly, took the time to explain to me what they were doing and taught me how to auger a P-trap. And they did it all within the quoted amount. > Reasonable $: Price was very competetive, especially for the quality and professionalism. Cons: > None come to mind. Honestly. I'd use them again without any hesitation.

our dishwasher rooms triple compartment sink got clogged on us on a saturday morning call our plumber that we usually use and no answer called nanos plumbing at 8 am and had them come out within 2 hours all the drains were flowing again right before our lunch rush im gonna recommend you guys to head office and have you guys as our plumbers

I had Junior from Nano's Plumbing and Heating come over and fix a broken pipe in my wall today. He was helpful, quick and under his estimate, Normally, with most plumbing I would just fix it myself but because the repair was between the floor and the wall I thought it would be better to get a professional in to do the repair. When I called Nano's my call was answered right away and he came by in 30 minutes. He quickly confirmed my suspicions and had the parts he needed and the repair complete in less than 2 hours. The next time I need a problem repaired or a new installation I will call Nano's. Great Job Junior and thanks again for the amazing service.

the furnace at my moms house broke done during the cold snap called in the middle of the noight had them comne out and warm in no time thanks so much guys

I could not shut off the shower tap and a water stream was coming out. Nano's came out within an hour and it was completely fixed after 1/2 hour. These guys are fast, efficient, and do not over charge you!

Did a great job fixing our constantly running shower, which started off as a small job but turned into quite a project. The technician even ran down to Home Depot to get the part that was needed, since their supplier was closed for the day.

Fast response time to my non-emergency call. They showed up, listened to the plumbing symptoms I observed, did some checking, verified the problem, quoted me a price and got to work all in less than 10 minutes. Very reasonable pricing and fair evaluation of the problem. Plus, these guy went above and beyond... My toilet didn't like to fill up and my tub drain was very slow. These were not the issues I had them fixing, but they took care of them for me anyway without billing me. I will refer these guys to everyone I know because they arefast, honest, hard working, not greedy and are extremely professional! They get my highest rating and recommendation.

A friend recommended nanos for dual problems we were having, with leaks under sinks in both a bathroom and in the kitchen. He solved both problems quickly and for a decent price.

on aug 16 our garbage disposal unit gave up on us my husband tried to fix it but it wouldn't budge so we called a couple of plumbing companies and were told that we need a new 1 so my husband went and picked 1 up from home depot and called 1 of the plumbers we have contacted nanos( was our lowest qoute ) nader showed up and told us before installing the new one hes gonna try to to fix it .like magic in a couple of mins it was up and running charged us half of what was quoted and didn't have to buy a new 1 . thank you so much nader for your honesty and good work

We had a leak in our water heater last night and called nano's the next A.M. @7; I left a msg and got a call back within 1/2 hour! By 10 am, nader was here with a new water heater; Now that is customer service! If you need your water heater replaced, call on nano's. Prices are very reasonable! Believe me, I've researched the model# of the water heater they've installed and it is one of the better models. Thanks again nader I've told my co-workers, family and friends about you.

Excellent experience from the minute they picked up the phone. They were professional, prompt, honest and very competitive price wise (I compared 4). They didn't insist like others on visiting before giving me a general estimate and I found it convenient and not to mention - environmentally friendly! They were able to estimate based on my description- clogged pipes, speed of water draining etc. When nader came over he was kind, smiley and accommodating (my house is shoe free zone)- he was also efficient and did a great job fixing the drains while keeping both bathrooms spotless when done. My kitchen sink was blocked on saturday night and while I tried all the home remedies, there was only one thing to do and that was call someone. I went on line and researched by distance, by rating, reading every comment.. Bottom line, I wasn't happy about having to call a plumber on my day off and deal with this. Decided on Nano's plumbing & heating . This was the first service I called. It was before 8 am on a saturday. He was so polite and accommodating. I felt sympathy in his voice. Seriously. Said he could be there bet. 11 and 12 and that he would call 20 mins before. And he did. He arrived on time. He fixed my blocked drain in 20 mins.
