We have used First Foundation a couple times now for mortgage financing and the service has been outstanding. They have helped with refinancing, obtaining a new mortage, and assisting on dispute resolution. Each time their schedule and responses have been timely, flexible, and met some critical deadlines with short notice/request from us. Their rates and market knowledge/contacts in Alberta are excellent. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend.
