No refunds
I was introduced to this service via Groupon. At first seemed great. They were quick to book you for future visits and you had to prepay. The lady mentioned I should make sure minor skin spots were OK with my doctor. Found out I better treat them before continuing more laser treatments. Called back 4 days later after visiting the doctor and tried to get a refund for the future visit until treatment was done. NO REFUNDS, ALL AND EVERY EXCUSE, CANT AND WONT REFUND. Best she could do is call us after your done and we can look into a discount, no specifics. I would have been cool with a credit for the amount.
