this company is terrible as a tenant in a building they did the job was a mess they never cleaned my land lord cleaned the outside mess for them was over charged my business was disrupted for months still cleaning up after them left the front of the building above my entrance covered in tar tar gravel and straw all throughout my warehouse all over my product no offer to help clean sheeting on the inside roof is crooked and should have been done professionally big gaps with large amounts of tar hanging down left the furnace full of roofing debri had to pay to have it repaired do not use them shop around the pure rudeness of the workers was unbelievable there are better companies that take pride in theer work

Just had my roof replaced by Belvedere Roofing and they were the worst choice I've ever made. Do not go with them! I'm not even angry just extremely dissapointed with them and they were the most expensive qoute I recieved. Goes to show you don't always get what you pay for. I won't go into details but here's some brief reasons why I'm so dissapointed (and if anyone wants pics on the poor work i have lots just email me) - started 10 weeks late - came unannounced while we were on holidays and did the work (so i could see what they actually did) - installed new roof over old rotten wood - roof was never installed correct and was lifting on all edges -2 failed repair attemps -did not want to give a warranty on work (but i would pay until they did) -let a mess all over the yard and so on...... - no follow up emails or phone calls
