In my 30 years of research on job satisfaction, personal growth, and career change with over 45,000 individuals, a pattern emerged. Individuals, who exhibited a Quester constellation of traits, were happier, healthier, and more successful than those who did not. They possessed that "extra something" that could get them through crises and transitions.
