I have been using Midnapore tireland for about 5 years and have purchased winter tires for three fleet vechicles and two personal vehicles in the past. The have been very flexible to fit me in and get the job done the first time. I have also used them for re-doing my brakes on my van and they were done on time with no issues and their estimate was bang on. I would not hesistate to recommend them. I had an absolute terrible experiance with midnapore tireland (napa pro). I made an appointment for thursday of one week, they had my car for 2 days and did not even look at it. I brought it back the following wednesday. They were to fix my rear breaks and give me a quote on snow tires. On thursday night I recieved notice that my breaks were fine and I could pick up my car no charge. What happened to the snow tires?? I had knowlege that my rear break caliper was fused open from a previous mechanic. I asked the tireland mechanic why that was not fixed. I was told they would look again on friday. On friday I was informed that yes the caliper needed fixing as well as the rear breaks pads and rotters need to be changed. Why didnt they find that before? late friday I was told my car was ready, I went down to pick it up and NO snow tires! I told them I wanted the tires put on by noon saturday. I picked up my car had rude service when I got home I noticed my new snow tires were actually all seasons. terrible service!! I do realise that it is a busy time and many people are getting ready for the winter however if they are not able to do the requested work in a timely fashion and provide their service due to a overwhelming amount of work, they should be honest in the beginning. I could have gone somewher eles!
