To whom it may concern, my girl friend and I have made two appointments to view rental properties at the Hull Estates location in Calgary. On both occations the office staff that we made the appointments with were not there. The first appointment was on April 13th at 3:30 pm and we were there on time and waited for a half an hour and no one showed up. We waited in lobby on both occasions at least the security gaurd let us in the lobby. The second appointment was today at 4 pm, April 16th and once again no one was there to meet us. Today the other office staff stated that she went to the bank and that she would be right back, we waited for 45 minutes and Jan did not come back. Jen did not try to contact us to reschedule instead just didn't show up. Today while we were waiting there were was another gentleman that made an appointment today at 4:30 pm and he was stood up to. The other staff were stating she is here all alone and giving me excuses makes me wonder what it would be like if I lived there and had a real issue!!! Thanks but I'll pass plenty of other buildings in Calgary that have professional building managment. This was a very frustrating experience.
