Emerald Management

This company is absolutely disgusting. We rented from them for 20 months and had issue after issue. They were very happy to get in contact when they said we owed them money, but conveniently did not want to deal with us when we had no plumbing in the kitchen and no laundry facilities. We were left for a month before they even tried to fix it, and were still charged full rent. They were also supposed to reimburse us 40% for all utility bills, and 4 months after moving out of the property we are still chasing them for it. The staff are rude and will quite happily shout down the phone at you. They are unprofessional, rude and incompetent, and certainly should not be allowed to manage peoples' homes.
