Sad that the manager is so rude and dishonest about prices. Pity she has become greedy. I won’t be back.

I have been going to Elegance Nails for almost six years, and have never been disappointed. The staff have always been friendly and courteous, and committed to giving me a perfect manicure and pedicure every time, whether with my natural nails, gels, or any other service. They are true professionals. I am greeted at the door by the gracious owner Hanna, and I always have Quyen do my nails. I enjoy her lovely caring manner, and her work is always excellent, with perfect results. Thank you, Elegance Nails!

I have been getting my nails done there for about 6 months and they have always done a great job. My nail technician is very friendly and I enjoy my time there. Thanks girls.

Terrible service, stay away. The owner is argumentative and rude. I was getting my nails done and for some reason the gel didn't set and work out so the technician had to remove / scrape it off. I sat through this for one hour. When I went to leave the owner still wanted me to pay for a manicure because she "cleaned my cuticles". I coulnd't believe it, I was leaving with painful hurt nails and didn't get what I wanted and she still wanted me to pay!!! I will never go back and suggest you don't either.

this place is aweful. They charged me $65 for a pedicure, my feet are still cracked and hard, my nail polish is chipping only one day after and they used the same blade on me and on my sister!!! so gross, I was in such shock that all I could do was just stare in disbelief.

It's funny, all the comments i have read on Elegance have been Nagative but i have been getting gel nails there for 3 years now and i have never been disappointed!!! They always do a great job and i have never been given the run around on any prices.

Just went and had a mani and pedi done...I will never be back...tech tore one skin on one of my fingers...asked for square shaped nails and tech just filed my big toe nails rounded...when I asked tech to spend alittle more time on my calluses, she seemed upset...she put so much nail polish on my nails that even after sitting under the dryers for 20 minutes one of my nails squished when I got into my car...oh yeah, I have a special pair of sandals that I always wear for my pedi because they have a velcro fasteners so that you can open the thong completely...she didn't fasten it properly and I stepped right out of the shoe in the parking lot...never again

Very dirty and most unfriendly staff. I had to take my coat etc to the front after just having a manicure. Worse experience Will never go back. I am hoping I don't get a fungus. Stay away!

Got a bikini wax, ended up looking battered - litterally red and purple worse wax I've ever had!
