I requested a nail fill appointment for 4:45. The receptionist asked if 5:00 would work better, and when I responded 'no, 5:00 does not work' she went on to say, 'ok I will book you for 4:45.' I should have followed my gut feel and not even bothered following through with the appointment at that point. However, I arrived at 4:40. I could see another lady was getting her nails filled, so I asked if I had time to run out and come back before 4:45. The receptionist told me 'yes, you should have time'. When I returned, I was seated in one of the massage chairs. At 4:55, the receptionist told me she was 'sorry, I must have read the schedule wrong, but you should only be a couple more minutes'. Finally at 5:15 when I still was NOT being served, I stood up and asked what was going on. I expressed my severe disappointment, turned to anger when she all she could do was say ''sorry, I read the system wrong'???. I proceeded to ask what time the lady ahead of my appointment started. She indicated '4:00pm'...I then questioned as to why a nail fill takes OVER an hour and 15 minutes to complete, yet she booked my nail fill for 45 minutes! (as I told her I needed to leave at 5:30) The manager came out and said 'I sorry, we have been having some problems. Next time you come'...which is the point where I cut her off and said 'THERE WILL BE NO NEXT TIME'. So unless you have time to waste, I would not bother visiting this salon. As one, who knows how long you will be waiting for your actual appointment to start, and two, you need a minimum of an hour and 15 minutes for a FILL!! Ridiculous!!!

i tried to have a hot stone pedicure in this place... they dont have jet thing but the service is awesome -- they treat my calluses clean & good & well RELAXING too.
